Modern Composite Decking & Pergola Installation for Outdoor Living
The Scope
The client approached us looking to transform their outdoor space into a modern, functional area that could be enjoyed throughout the year. The brief focused on creating a stylish entertainment and relaxation space that would require minimal upkeep while still offering long-term durability and visual appeal. To further enhance the usability of the area, the client also requested the installation of a pergola to help define the seating space and provide welcome shade during warmer months.
The Build
We began by preparing the existing area before constructing a strong subframe to provide a secure and long-lasting base for the new decking. High-quality composite decking boards were then carefully installed, creating a clean, modern surface designed to withstand regular use and changing weather conditions without the need for ongoing staining or treatment.
To complement the decking area, we installed a bespoke pergola structure positioned to frame the seating area and create a more inviting outdoor living space. Attention was given to both practicality and appearance throughout the build, ensuring the finished installation blended seamlessly with the surrounding garden while maximising comfort and usability.
The Result
The completed project transformed an underused section of the garden into a stylish and practical outdoor living area that can be enjoyed day and night.
