A recently purchased property required a full garden clearance and reconfiguration after large amounts of waste had been left behind. Our team delivered a complete transformation, creating a clean, level and secure garden ready for everyday family use.
Project Scope: Clearing Waste & Addressing Unsafe Garden Conditions
The client had recently purchased a property where a large quantity of timber, soil, and general waste had been left piled up at the rear of the garden. This created an unusable and uneven outdoor space, limiting both the functionality and overall appearance of the garden. In addition, the existing boundary fencing was in poor condition, with broken and deteriorating panels that offered little in terms of security or visual appeal.
Build Process: Full Site Clearance, Ground Re-Levelling & Fence Installation
Our team was brought in to carry out a full site clearance and garden reconfiguration. We began by removing the accumulated timber, muck, and debris from the rear of the property, ensuring the area was properly cleared and prepared for the next stage of works. Once cleared, we undertook a full re-levelling of the garden to create a consistent and stable ground level, suitable for everyday use.
Alongside the groundwork, we addressed the boundary by removing the old, damaged fencing and installing new, durable fence panels to restore the perimeter. A new garden gate was also fitted, providing both convenient access and improved security. Throughout the project, care was taken to ensure all work was completed efficiently, with attention to detail and a clean, professional finish.
